Walker / Runner Plans

These monthly training plans are for people who don't want to run a marathon and they are designed for a number of different fitness levels:

Each plan lasts for about 4 months before you have the fitness capability to move onto the next level of training. However, you may wish to move faster or slower through each plan depending on how you are progressing. Our coach will communicate with you weekly to help you get the most out of your training and help you to train smarter rather than harder, reducing injury risk and helping you get the most fitness gains. You are also able to join in the group runs at the weekends with the Marathon runners.

Each plan includes weekly weight loss tips, weekly nutritional advice and discounts on all the products in our store.

Walker Plan:
For complete beginners. Designed for people who want to learn to run and get fit enough to jog for a steady period of time. Starts with about 1hr & 30min of exercise each week. A perfect way to lose weight and get healthy.

Intermediate Runners Plan:
For people who run on a fairly regular basis and want to aim for a 10K or 5mile road race. Involves 3 - 5 hours of running each week.

Advanced Runners Plan:
For runners with a considerable amount of experience, requires 4+ hours of training each week. You will be well prepared for most races and various distances but the training would be considered inadequate for a full marathon. This would be a good buildup plan for 4 months before starting the 3 month marathon training plan.
